As a reference to your book-in, you can download the booking confirmation below or simply make note of the booking reference number as shown above (which we have also sent to you via SMS) and our technician will be able to easily retrieve your booking in-store.

Steps to follow before handing in your device for repairs
Sign out of all accounts
During the repair process, we may need to restore your device. In order to do this, we require your device to be signed out of all accounts and apps, specifically Find My iPhone and iCloud on Apple devices.
Back up your device
During the repair process, we may need to re-calibrate your device. This process erases all of the content currently on your device. It is advised to create a complete backup of your device before bringing it in for repair.
Fully charge your device
If possible, your device should be full charged prior to being booked in for repair.
